On October 8, Jefferson High School in Boulder, Montana, had their homecoming. The football team rocked. The JHS Panthers whipped the Whitehall Trojans. Here is a video of their Homecoming Parade. Yes, the complete parade took about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
About a week ago, I had to take one of my daughters over to Boulder for a school meeting. On the way back, as I came over Boulder Hill, heading down the pass to Jefferson City, the sun was just setting. It was a very beautiful site. I stopped and took a couple of snapshots and here they are. Click on a picture to see a larger view.
Katie and Desire’ spent much of Friday (Sept. 25, 2009) at Jefferson High School in Boulder. They helped decorate the floats, and get ready for the homecoming parade and game. Desire’ took a video of the parade and here it is.
We enjoyed the day at the Jefferson County Fair in Boulder. Jefferson County is does not have a huge population and the county seat is Boulder. Boulder is right over the mountain from Jefferson City. Even though this is a small County Fair, we really enjoy it, for the very fact that it is small. There are not drunks all around, no carnies trying to vie for our buck, and home town people that are just pain nice. We had a great time. A plus to it was the classic car show at Boulder Park. We walked through and reminisced about the good ole’ days. Click the pictures to see some of our fun and also see the new Gallery page I am putting together. Enjoy! John
