Beautiful Promise

We had a rain shower this after noon that ended with a very beautiful rainbow.  The rainbow looked so close we thought we could practically reach out and touch it.  After I took some pictures of it, we saw, on the pictures, that it was actually a double rainbow.  If you look close, you can see a faint larger rainbow.  I did a sloppy job of stitching two pictures together since the whole rainbow would not fit into one picture.  Click on the picture to see a slide show of this and other pictures from around our home.  What a beautiful picture of God’s continuing promise.
